These trainings are for our 11's & 12s club team players only (12 Elite, 12 Premier, 11 Elite & 11 Premier)

These team trainings are designed to give our youth teams a jump start on the club season while beginning to build team chemistry. Full team participation is encouraged in order for each team to receive the maximum benefit of each training.

- Individual Skill Development
