We offer a comprehensive recruiting program designed to support athletes aspiring to compete at the collegiate level. This program includes personalized training sessions, strategic guidance, and valuable exposure to college recruiters. We create relationships with college coaches at all levels to help our athletes find the best fit for their future home. Numerous resources are available for athletes and families to capture film, create highlights and communicate with college coaches throughout the country.  Our goal is to streamline the process and simplify the steps required for athletes to gain exposure, ensuring every volleyball player who wants to play in college has the opportunity.  

Through partnerships with SportsRecruits, our club provides athletes with tools to manage their recruiting process effectively. This includes creating profiles, sharing highlight videos, and connecting directly with college coaches.
Our Recruiting Director Elena Takova guides our athletes through the process and keeps them updated with rules, changes, and calendar all year around. ​

Our commitment to providing top-tier training and exposure has played a pivotal role in propelling our athletes to the next level. Through a blend of development, strategic conditioning, and a focus on mental resilience, we’ve been able to elevate our athletes' performances, allowing them to stand out and earn invitations to prestigious events such as the National Team Development Program and the Under Armour Volleyball Camp Series.
