JUMP TRAINING PROGRAM
7:00-7:30 PM
This class focuses on increasing a player's vertical and explosive movements. This is great for all players that are offensively positioned and/or simply wanting to work on getting stronger in these particular areas of their game.

SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS PROGRAM
7:30-8:00 PM
This class focuses on increasing a player's speed, reaction, and quicker movements. This is great for all players that play defense and/or simply wanting to work on getting stronger in these particular areas of their game.
