We know Middles are instrumental to a team's success! A strong middle can be THE difference on the court when it comes to scoring and defending, so we're thrilled to offer an in-depth training for our middles to LEARN and APPLY these techniques!
​This training will touch on both, mental work and skill work, to help build a stronger understanding for the season. 
We're excited to give our Stellar Middles some focused time in the gym!
